You should not ask "How Much?" You should ask "How much better?" Your home is most likley the biggest investment you make, is it really wise to go with the lowest priced home inspector you can find?

We are NOT a discount home inspection service, when you order our service you are ordering "Top Of The Line" service, remember you often get what you pay for. Purchasing a home inspection service is not the time to buy based strictly on price.

Radon Testing is available, and strongly encouraged in our area. Please, PLEASE read our Radon page, as your family's safety is a main concern!

Prices below are as of May 1st, 2011. We now offer Package pricing offering discounts for various services by ordering all at once. Please note, in August of 2006 we found it necessary to add a gasoline surcharge for outlying counties. Blame the oil companies, not us.
