We are not a discount home inspection service, when you order our service you are ordering "top of the line" service, remember you often get what you pay for. Purchasing a home inspection service is not the time to buy based strictly on price.

The inspection fees may vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house. Prices below are a guideline and may not reflect exact quotations. Please call 262-424-5587 for additional information or an exact quotation for your home.

As an example, a full inspection of a typical 20 year old 2000 square foot house with 2-1/2 baths is $325.00, a 2400 square foot home would be $335.00. Additional square footage, additional mechanicals such as furnaces, water heaters, A/C units may be subject to an increased fee (see below). Please call to confirm. Each house is an individual and each buyer or seller has unique needs, let me help make this a pleasant experience for you.

Radon Testing is available, and strongly encouraged in our area (see Radon page).

Prices below are as of June.1st, 2008. We now offer Package pricing offering discounts for various services by ordering all at once. Please note, in August of 2006 we found it necessary to add a gasoline surcharge for outlying counties. Blame the oil companies, not us.
